No Fee Unless Successful
You do not pay us a fee unless we obtain compensation for you.
A contingent fee agreement is signed by you and Bob Allison which states, in part, that:
- “The contingency upon which compensation is to be paid is recovery of damages whether by settlement, judgment or otherwise”
- “Compensation to be paid to the attorney by the client shall be 33 1/3% of the gross amount collected”
- “Client is responsible for the payment of all out of pocket expenses”
We advance all out of pocket expenses and you are not responsible for reimbursing us UNLESS we obtain compensation for you.
In addition, in car accident cases, we process your personal injury protection claim and will help you with any property damage claim you may have for no additional fee.
